Graphics of a picturesque life path
An exhibition with this title was opened at the Reformed Dóczy Gedeon High School in Debrecen, with which the heirs of the painter Imre Égerházi have had a good relationship for years. At that time, the Dóczy Gallery was also housed an exhibition of his paintings, and every year since then, the heirs award scholarships to the best performing fine arts student of the actual semester.
The exhibition, which can be visited until May 30, was ceremoniously opened to the attending large group by the László Holló Prize-winning painter János Komiszár. The attending were greeted by dr. Director Bálint Korsós and Péter Égerházi (on behalf of the heirs). Unfortunately, the performance of Djabe, led by Attila Égerházi, was delayed due to the absence of guest musician Steve Hackett (he could not fly out of England due to the airspace block). The band, without the former Genesis solo guitarist, will perform in Debrecen at the representative Égerházi exhibition on April 27 at the Medgyessy Memorial Museum.
