On May 24, 2025, the Municipality of Hajdúhadház reopened the renovated Imre Égerházi Memorial House.
The exhibition was opened by Mayor of Hajdúhadház Dénes Csáfordi
Attila Égerházi gave a welcoming speech.
The work of Imre Égerházi was presented by: Dr. Balázs Feledy, art writer.

„I was happy to comply with the request to take part in the organisation of the permanent exhibition of the refurbished Égerházi Imre Memorial House. The building damaged on multiple occasions has been refurbished in a modern architectural style, the rooms have become better arranged and lighter. In designing the permanent exhibition, I paid attention to my father’s original concept introducing his artistic periods, but I also attempted to categorise the pieces of his life’s work owned by the municipality by themes. Also on display at the exhibition is his easel with his last half-completed painting. I warmly recommend a visit to the Égerházi Imre Memorial House to everyone.”
